I was working with MS photoshop 3.0 evrything was working fine. I went to open a picture that i had opened before and photoshop opened but stayed in my task bar. When i click on it or try to maximize nothign happens! has anyon run into this problem before, and if so what causes this. This happened on my work machine as well as my home machine.
