My client has a problem with Outlook 2000 (version)
Tasks : They add to the Master Category list and then two weeks or so down the line - the categories dissappear from the list. Is this a bug - do they have to load a service pack ?
This is how they do it - and according to me, it is correct.
Start a new task
Click on categories (at the bottom right)
Click on Master List
Add the categories
Miracles we do immediately ...
