MS-Outlook personal folder password

It's hard to know exactly what your problem is from your example but try this.
If you can see the folder:
Right mouse click the folder
click properties
click advanced tab
click change password.
or
Have the above performed by someone with Outlook Administrator privledges.
If you can see the folder:

Have a look at they claim to be able to open locked pst with a program to download. Haven't tried it, I just pass this on as is.
