I tryed the Microsft directions but it was a no go. I hooked up 2 laptops both on win 98 with the USB cable eported the files as per ins, transfered on the usb and then cable imported from Outlook , but it would not recognize the files. So I copyed them to a floppy ,burnt it to CD (one machine has a foppy and CD ,other has only CD.Outlook still will not recognize the files. Any ideas??Kelly
