MS Outlook Contact show ??? in Japanese

I using Outlook 2000 in W2k pro. I already the default language to Japanese. Initially my pc is installed with English W2K and I changed the setting to Japanese under the Control Panel->Regional.

I can read and input Japanese character.

My problem is in MS Outlook, I can see Inbox, output, Task to do, etc labeled in Japanese but not for Contact & Notes. Only these two.
Can anyone help?
