MS Outlook 97-disabled Inbox Assistant

The 'Inbox Assistant' and 'Out of Office Assistant' menu items under 'Tools' are disabled (greyed).
What happened? What did I do? Just last week I was able access these.
Windows 95.

Try starting a brand new project and see if they are still greyed out. If so, type some data in and SAVE. Are they still greyed?

Must have been just a glitch as it is OK today and I have not done anything except turn on my machine.
