MS Office Toolbar 1

I had a toolbar ( MS Office with all the Office application Icons) on my desk top, from this morning onwards, That bar is missing. Is ther a way I can bring the MS tool bar back ot my desk top.

I think, office 2003 dos not have that, I upgrade my office 2000 to 2003 that is the reson, I am missing that tool bar. Do you think the " MSOFFICE.EXE" form office 2000 will work?
