MS Office - officeclicktorun

I set officeclicktorun to "Manual" in Services (default is Automatic (delayed)). Yet, even when I'm not running anything associated with MS Office, the job appears in Task Manager sucking up 18-20 mb of memory. After canceling it three times, it disappears for awhile, but then makes appearances again every so often.

Anyone have any ideas what might be starting it? And how I might prevent that?

UPDATE: One application that appears to cause officeclicktorun to be started when set as "Manual" is Windows Explorer. However, there is at least one more.
