MS Office Errors

I have 3 users that I know of in one of our small offices, that are getting odd MS Office 2003 errors.

User #1-When she tries to save or change a font in Excel she gets a Explorer.exe error.

User #2-Gets the same error (or similiar, I won't be there until Friday to verify) when she tries to save or print in Word.

User #3-Gets the same error when she tries to print and save from Word.

All three (and there is supposedly more with similiar issues) started around the same time, after a third party loaded Great Plains which is a Microsoft product. I'm sure I am leaving loads of info out so, please feel free to ask.

They could try the "Detect and Repair" option in Office Help.

You could also look to the MS Office forum for expert help.

As Great Plains went in last, perhaps you should uninstall that first and see if the errors go away?
