Can anyone tell what exactly is the product called Microsoft Office 97 Developer Edition Tools.

Is this:
1. the full Office 97 Developer Edition - or

2. a set of ad-ons for the Developer Edition - or

3. a set of ad-ons that enable Office 97 Pro
users to create stand-alone run-time versions
of their Access 97 Pro apps -or

4. something else?

I've seen a copy for sale and I don't want waste my dosh if it can't turn my Access 97 apps into distributable run-time versions.
