MS Office 2000 Pro -problem

My OS is XP SP2.When starting MS Word on Desktop for a moment appear as a flash "preparing to install"
then this disappear and before MS Word opens takes about 7-10 secconds and all is going normaly.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the apps but result is same.
Other programs as Excel, Front page,Power Point and Outlook are O.K.
They starts immediatelly.
What is the reason for this inconvinient with MS Word and what can I do to fix it please?
N.B. I have downloaded and istalled Office Update 11 and other securty updates for MS Office before.

Thks, sorted-problem was two OS-3 missing files.
In MS Outlook-Help-Detect and Repair found this two files are missing .Now MS Word starts normaly.
