I have setup incoming faxes to fwd to a public folder on Exch 2003, but when users install the shared fax from the server they can't see anything in the Incoming or any history in the Inbox. I can see it all but i have admin rights..
Is there a way to give say 1 or a few people (admin staff) the rights to see these folders so that faxes can be emaild manually or monitored by other staff besides me, without giving them any rights to other services/control on our DC.
Also the ablity to stop and start the fax server, cuz it seems every so often to get hung and not answer the calls, a quick stop and start fixes it up.. i'm assuming its a bad prev call or hangup problem..
