currently all our dns is on netware servers - 3 distributed ones , allowing ddns etc etc

i'm going to be putting up an isolated network that will be running 2003 AD . they require only to go through us for interent and further name resolution.

it will be a single server at this site - as it's 2003AD - i'm going to put a dns server on the box and let it be AD integrated .

what do i need to do to have a secondary zone of this on the netware boxes

is it just a case of seting up the zone on the one of the netware dns servers - configure one as the the zone -in and designate it as a secondary server - i assume when i do this it will ask where the primary is - point to the AD box

then on AD box add the netware box to something
is this it - do i need to do anything else

Some clarifications:

What does this mean:

"they require only to go through us for interent and further name resolution."

Is it really an isolated network? How will they access your server?

Can you give examples of what you desire:
IE.

Netware server : Secondary for sub1.my.com
AD server: Primary for sub1.my.com

etc?

sorry suppose it's not very clear

we have a central site - this is where the connect pipe to outside world , firewall etc are housed - from this site we have various other sites connected on various wan links

one of these sites - ie a site that is on a 2 mb pipe from cenrtral site - they are a seperate organisation of sorts - and they have a seperate system

i will be placing 1 * 2003 server into here

all our dns for all sites are controlled via 3 netware dns servers - these are spread around the larger sites

what i want to do at this site - is setup the 2003 server as a dns server with a AD integrated zone - dental.local
the forwarding server is normally one of the netware ones and also 1 of BT's and 1 of C & W

basically what i want is that the zone is replicated to one of the netware servers - ie the netware is a secondary for dental.local

this is mainly for admin , redundancy etc

worked a treat

was just a case of creating zone on netware imanage - point it to the primary and on windows dns - add the netware box as allowed to receive zone
