MS Accessing XP SP1 and 2K SP3 Systems

Has any one found a way to circumvent MS's ability to access your system after installation of XP SP1 and 2K sp3. The place I work for cannot allow any access to anyone with out proper clearance due to sensitive information. If you have any Ideas or ways to cut MS out of the loop, other than not install it, Please let me know. I'm sure that the rest of the world would like to keep Microslut from gettin onto there system and taking a snapshot for "Business Reasons"
