i have linked to a table and when i run the query - in one of the fields it shows OLE Object
When I make a table the data in this fields shows:
Long Binary Interger
How do I by-pass this and have the html data display?
This is the response from the Application tech support:
You would need to consult the MsAccess documentation for that. We store that information in a CLOB field in the DB, and some clients (such as access, need to have special methods to read the data). <b> The data we store is in HTML format, you may want to see if access has an option to view as text. </b>
Is there some type of Visual Basic coding that I can use to extract the data from this field?
