Ms Access Query Export to Excel

Hi
I get a particular error when i try to export the result of a Ms Access query to Excel , the error doesnot occur of all the users.

can't save the output data to the file you've selected

If you have a file open with the same name, you will get that error. Try closing the file before you export it.
