Every now and then I get a message saying "MS Access has created an error and will be shut down (not sure of the exact wording). An error log has been created." The only problem is, I can;t find the error log. Does anyone know where these are found? Alex Middleton

Hi, Alex!

In such cases your application have some conflicts (same names of functions or procedures, errors of recordsources or rowsources, activeX controls errors etc.) You may check your application step by step for errors. Error log file you can find in the Windows system directories, but I think it's not will help you because in this file are only adresses and processes numbers.

Aivars,

I thought as much. The problem is I have been debugging this problem for some time and cannot track it down. Basically, it happens when I do a TransferDatabase action more than once. It works fine the first time but it crashes on the second object to be exported. I have tried everything including lcosing the database objects between each export, with no luck.

Thanks anyway. Alex Middleton
