Hello,

I have two columns, Parcel and Year, the parcels have duplicated numbers corresponding to a different year:

Parcel Year
175-H-323 2007
175-H-323 2008
175-H-325 2003
175-H-325 2004

I am wondering if it is possible to check the parcel descending and for those that are the same have the year display going across:

175-H-323 2007 2008
175-H-325 2003 2004

Or something similar to this. Please let me know if this is possible.

Thanks in advance,

Ed

Do you want to display this in a query or form or report?
If report, use a multicolumn subreport.

Do the years need to be in separate fields/columns or can they be like "2007, 2008"? If so, check the FAQs of this form for a solution.

how about

TRANSFORM Sum([year]) AS SumYear
SELECT [parcel]
FROM Table8
GROUP BY [parcel]
PIVOT [year];

Thanks for the help.

Pwise - Do you know of a way to concatenate the fields without referencing the headers to do it. I want to get rid of the year that shows up blank for certain parcels:

175-H-323 [blank] [blank] [blank] [blank] 2007 2008
175-H-325 2003 2004 [blank] [blank] [blank] [blank]
