I'm installing MQIPT on an HP-UX.
I followed the directions on how to install MQIPT on an HP-UX server. 1st I
uncompressed the ms81_hp11.tar.Z. 2nd I tar -xvf ms81_hp11.tar. 3rd I removed
the tar file. 4th I did swinstall -s /tmp MQIPT.MQIPT-RT and got error #1. Then
I tried swinstall -s /tmp/MQIPT/MQIPT-RT and got error #2. Then I looked at the
headers of the files and no HP Depot headers appear.
Error Messages :
1-ERROR: Could not apply the software selection "MQIPT.MQIPT-RT" because
there are no product variations that are compatible with the destination host(s).
2-There is currently no depot software on host "aakrdmzux22" at location
"/tmp/MQIPT/MQIPT-RT". Make sure that an absolute pathname is specified for
location (beginning with "/"
.
Am I missing something?
