I have a Nortel MPS500 IVR system getting ready to go online. One problem though is that the menu/announcemen begins palying before the call arrives to the agent about 1.5 seconds of the message is missed everytime.
The integration is a line side T-1 card going to the MPS 500. Any reason as to why the MPS500 would begin playing the message before the call arrives? The pbx is a rl.s 5.00 pentium 4, CS100 Multigroup
