Your statement is extremely broad "HOW CAN I CONFIGURE MPLS IN CISCO 7000 AND 6500". You aren't really telling us anything.
It would be analagous to asking us " How can I configure routing on Cisco routers". There are so many variables and so many different possible solutions, we can't really answer this question.
Enabling MPLS and making it operational on links is easy. Now taking advantage of it by adding services on top of MPLS like VPNs, AToM, QoS, Traffic Engineering, etc. becomes much more comprehensive.
Why don't you start by telling us what you hope to accomplish, possibly a little about your network, etc. Then maybe give us some of your configuration already.
