MPLS question.

Hello,

My company is going to setup mpls with our ISP to our other site. May i ask is there any good link that someone can point me to. We are not going to run any protcol ONLY STATIC ROUTE.

When I used to work for SBC and setup a bunch of mpls routers, I don't remember having to do much. Frankly, all the label-switching action/complicated stuff was done on the provider side, so, you shouldn't have to worry about doing anything more than adding an ip address and normal routing stuff.

wait, I think you have to run a routing protocol. bah, I can't remember. Sorry. Your ISP should tell you all the necessary config.

If you are only running static routes across the MPLS network, then there is nothing you will need to do, apart from tell the service provider what they are as they will need to add them to their network as well.
