MPLS problem at two locations

We have MPLS set up at two locations. When I call them, my call goes through with no problem. When they call us, they receive a ring then a off hook tone. Any ideas on what it could be? Our provider can not resolve the problem???

If you have (2) Avaya PBX's involved - List trace tac xxx on the far end to see if you get a denial event...

xxx being the tac for the IP trunk.
