mpeg2 codec compatibility between pro1.5 and pro 7.0?

Is the latest upgrade for premiere pro 1.5 allowing HD mpeg2 capturing compatible with premiere pro 7.0?

Or is there a different upgrade available for 7.0?

I believe the 1.5.1 upgrade is only available to the 1.5 version. I don't think they offer this for 1.0 (i.e. 7.0)
