mpeg and streaming

I am trasfering our company website over to a host that has streaming as I have a mpeg that I want to play on our home page; I have made a table for it, and my question is how do I get it to play in just the table? Do I just copy and past it in there and put it up on the server and add some sort of streaming code to it?
I have never done anything with streaming and need help.

u can have quicktime associated with your file (MPEG) and it will play it/access it like any other link by use of Quikctime itself
OR
use IE for it
make sure your settings are correct:
Tools--->Internet Options --> /Advanced..\ tab
