Don't laugh, but the company I just started working for is still using Microsoft Mail. The mail system is a mess. We have internal mail, external mail, and on the road mail services. Only the tech guys can keep it all strait.

My question is I know Microsoft dropped Mail a while back, when exactly? I also know Mail had year 2000 problems. I did this upgrade 2 years ago for my last company and I had lots of documentation on why to upgrade. I can't find any of it. I need documents to justify spending $5000 on the upgrade. Anyone know where I can get some? Or have any statements to make?

Not to mention the consolidation issue, the company has remote offices and many people travel. The Exchange Server will let us share so much more information.
