I am running Samba 2.2.5 as my primary domain controller along with 2 additional samba boxes that use the primary domain controller for authentication

I have purchased a new server to replace my primary server, and was wondering if there is a way to transfer the files over
(smb.conf, smbpasswd, smbusers, secrets.tbd) to the new server and then when I start samba, everything will be the same to the users and the other 2 servers. My clients include a mix of Win98, WinME, Win2k, and XP-Pro.

Is it also possible to transfer the linux group and passwd files to the new box as well since these have the info the server uses?

Thanks
