One of my Access interfaces will be used by elderly people who, in many cases, have not used a computer before.
One of the things that I want to do to make the interface easier to use is to disable the option to roll - use the mouse roller - to a new record once a form has been opened to a specific record.
Yesterday, it seemed that I'd found a reliable set-up:
Form property: Allow Additions = No
Form property: Allow Data Entry = No
But today I've found that this set-up does not 'do the job' on all of the relevant forms.
Any ideas, suggestions etc. would be much appreciated. Also, ain't it odd that this works for some forms and not for others?!
