I'm already familiar with the common functions (API calls) of moving the mouse in Visual Basic for windows applications, but upon trying to get them to work in any DirectX application, they won't move the cursor.

I was wondering if there was a different API Call that anyone knows of, or how one can accomplish moving the mouse cursor (and also clicking would be helpful) in a DirectX program.

Thanks for any info.

Do I need to download and install the DirectX SDK to be able to accomplish this, or is there a simple API call that can be used to do it?
