Moving the location of User Profiles

Windows NT4 Terminal Server

Does any one know if it's possible to move the location of the profiles on the server e.g to the D drive ?

These are local profiles, not roaming.

I rather doubt it -- not the local profiles. Unless there is a value in the registry you can use (or more likely create) to change the location where local profiles are stored. You can check around on the Internet for such a registry hack, but I don't think it can be done.
