Okay, here's the low down. We decided to setup a "really nice workstation" as a server to test some things. We are running W2K Server w/ TS. We have a lot of stuff setup and it has acutally gone into full operation. Due to the lack of redundant hardware though, we would like to change it to a new box with new hardware. How would you recomend taking the OS/Data over to the new system. This system will be returned to being the bosses W/S. :)

There is an official procedure for this which works quite well, it involves using ntbackup to backup the system state on the existing machine then restoring it onto a vanilla install of Windows on the target.

See Technet Q249694 - "How to move a Windows 2000 installation to different hardware"

Learn from my mistake and don't try to cut corners with this procedure ;-)

Thank you Danbiggs, that article answered my questions fully. :)
