Hi everyone,

I'm a very new user of SQL Server and looking for help in very simple terms. I will be testing with a production copy of the database. I am thinking about using DTS to move over the tables and objects. Is there a easier or more efficient way? I want to keep our production image so detaching the database would not be an option right? Once I move the tables and objects over how do I perserve the login, login password, and syncing them up so I can have an exact copy of our production database. I know most of you don't have a lot of time to explain things but I really need the help and step by step instructions if time permits would be greatly appreciated. We are using Sql Server 7.0
