Moving Mailboxes from Exchange 5.5

I can see the Exchange 5.5 mailboxes from Exchange 2003 System manager, but as soon as I try to move one to the new Exchange 2003 information store, I redeive the The information store could not be opened. The logon to the Microsfot Exchange Server computer failed. MAPI 1.0 ID no: 80040111-0286-00000000.

I also have the error 8197 MSExchangeFBPublish Error initializing session for virutal machine (Server). The error number is 0x80040111. Makre sure Microsoft Exchange Store is running.

I've tried, KB 828764, didn't help.

I"m not sure if this applies to your case, but when our organization moved to Exchange 2003, we tried to move "test" accounts which were created after Exchange 2003 was introduced to the system... and that doesn't work. But moving the original mailboxes were fine. I don't know if that applies to your situation.
