IS-IT--Management
hi all,
i was using gfi mail essentials and security for exchange server 2000 and it was working really well. my manager purchased symantec mail security for exchange.
was using the gfi function to move anything that was believed to be spam to a users spam folder (like inbox:spam or just spam). symantec doesn't do this. arghhh. but it will insert the word spam: to the start of the subject field in an email believed to be spam.
i need to find a fast/efficient way to add a spam folder to every users inbox and then move any mail that starts with spam: in the subject to that folder.
my users are entirely too challenged for me to have them do this on their own and make a client side rule (they would even screw up a rule import - believe me)
how can i make my life easier?
