Hi
I have created a custom message form that users can enter the follwing custom fields:
project number
email unique identifier
deprtment.
This works fine.
However I want to create a centralised store for all messages sent from multiple users so that I can archive them when a project is over.
I know I can achive this with an outlook rule that moves my customided messages in my sent items folder to the central mailbox but I do not want the overhead of configuring each users mailbox with rules as we have a high turnover of staff and cannot risk that an email is nor archived with the project.
I am tryng to descide the best way to proceed with this, so my questions are:
Is it possible to copy rues between users mailboxes ( I have searched the net with no luck)
I know it is possible to write a vb script to monitor the sent items folder and move the file to my centralised folder as I have seen this type of thing in these forums, however what is the best way to automatically do this every time my customised mail message is sent.
