Moving Focus to an Item in a Listbox

I would like to set the focus to one of the items in my listbox. I don't want to select it just move the focus to it(that light border line that appears around the item). Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Dont thnk its possible...well maybe I am wrong

One sneaky way of doing is that somehow reaarange the values so that the required value comes at the top row of list box n then you can move focus to the list box
