Moving Exchange Server 2003

Dear Experts,

I just received a new server. I have windows 2003 domain controller and Exchange server 2003 on same machine. I want to move my windows 2003 domain controller and Exchange server 2003 on this new machine without effecting my exchange users and AD users.

Please help me in this regard,

If you MUST have it as a DC (not recommended), you have to do all of that part first, as you can't promote or demote an Exchange server once Exchange is installed.

You'll also need to transfer any network services that are running on the current DC, including DHCP and DNS.
