Hi,

I am not sure if I am missing the obvious, but, I am setting up a new computer and would like to move my Enterprise Manager settings to the new PC (I really would not want to have to retype all that server registration info). Is there a way to do this?

Just for clarification this only to more the enterprise settings not the databases.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!

Michael

There really isn't. Fornitually this has been fixed with the SQL 2005 GUI, but with the SQL 2000 one you are pretty much hosed.

I've tried exporting and importing the regkeys, but it doesn't bring everything over. I never have been able to find all the rest of the settings.

Yeah, I tried moving the reg and nothing. I appreciate the help though.

Arg, I guess I start retyping. ;)
