I have a contact list within Excel. At times I need to send a mass email to all the email addresses at once. I use Outlook so they need to be separated by a semi-colon. Well I can easily do that by replacing all the .com with .com;
The only thing is that its in a listed format and when I cut and paste them into the "To" line, only the first one carries over.
Any suggestions?

Any other possible solutions that anyone can suggest?

I did a test in excel and it worked fine.
in the column i have

a@a.com;
b@b.com;
c@c.com;

when I copy this and paste it in to field I get all the addresses..I am assuming this is what you did and you were not succesful.

Another workaround
Transform all the column data to row data like copy it and do paste special and check transpose and now all columns are changed to rows and now try.

Post back if this was useful
