Is there any known issues of moving the dc's from the default OU's?

TIA

DCs should be left where they are. The defaut location has a special GPO assigned to it which sets special domain controller settings to the DCs.

FYI Microsoft will not support any DC-Related issues if you move them to a different OU, Even sub-OU's of Domain Controllers.
