Hi

I've recently inherited a database at work, containing all sorts of data relating to students at a college.

Someone has gone nuts on this DB and created loads of unnecessary columns. Most of them i can simply delete, though some have got relevant information in them.

Is there a way i can copy this data across to a different column so i can streamline the system.

Thanks in advance for you help

Cheers
