Moving current Exchange 2000 Server to a new Exchange 2000 Server

Hello ALL,

We are moving our current Exchange 2000 Server to new Server. I have already installed Exchange 2000 on the new server and since i personally myself have never done this kind of migration, i wanted to ask everyone out there and see what you guys used and how well it worked. I am open to all the different procedures, so if u guys can help out, i will greatly be appreciated. If you guys have links with details of the procedure u used, that will be more help.
