We are looking for some advice on the best way to go. We have two option 81 ip capable pbx's.

Our options are combining and moving the existing option 81's to the new location, buying a new ip based pbx, or utilizing a vendor hosted pbx.

Thanks GHTROUT for your advice before on this as well.

If the 81's are moved to the new location do they provide all functionality you want/need? if they do, then it doesn't make sense to replace them or pay someone else to host your PBX. If they do not, then you have to decide which way is better based on your wants/needs vs budget.
