I need to migrate mailboxes from exch 5.5 in one domain to exch 2003 in a different domain. Both are part of the same forest though. Which tool should I use, and will either provide a way to failback if the exch migration is unsuccessfull?

admt v2 migrate to 2003 domain

install ADC on 2003 domain

sync ADC

install Ex2003 into Ex5.5 org

move mailbox.

sorry, cannot put ex2003 into 5.5 org...hence exch migration wizard.
