I have a great cardfile I have built within Win95 but i don't know how to move it to Win98. I can't find the name of the application in WIN95. Can someone tell me how to do this?

I think it's cardfile.exe and should be in the Windows sub-directory, but look at file associations to see what's associated with the .crd file type.

If I'm not mistaken, and I may well be, I think all you have to do is move the CardFile.Exe. I think all of the informatin is in that file of at least the same folder. I moved a cardfile program from Windows™ 3.1 one time to Windows™ 95. To the best of my recollection it wasn't that much to it, but it has been a long time. Rob
Just my $.02.

Go to w95 machine find cardfile.exe. Copy to floppy take it to w98 machine drag and drop it where you want it. Create either a shortcut or add it to the program menu.Have done this on w98/2k and had no problems at all.

Yea.. just move the cardfile.exe and you'll be str8

Thanks Techies...I didn't remember that this cardfile began in the days of 3.1. The info from all was very helpful. Special thanks to Kento....MS article was on the money!
