move Visio code templates to other computers

I have created some new code templates to generate C++ code in Visio. Now I want to use these code templates on other computers without creating them again. Can any one tell me how to do this? I have tried to copy some files in Visio's installation folder, even the whole folder to another computer, but it did not help.
