Move quorum from old to new drive

We had a falure form the disks where the quorum was on, we
had the luck that we had an hotspair who took over.

Repairing of the system doesn't seem to work, so we made an new array with new harddrives.

What we need to know is who can we move the cluster quorum from the old drive to the new one so we can remove the old drive.
