Move Mail to Another Folder

Hello All
We have a group mailbox and we want to move the mail that is received into the Inbox after 16:00 into a subfolder called OOH. At present we are doing this manually but this is a problem after 22:00 as nobody is available to do this. I have had a look and cant find how to accomplish this. Any help would be gratefully received

What program are you using? Is it Outlook? If so, are you on a server?

We are using Outlook on a W2K server, the mailbox runs through Exchange server, many thanks for your reply
