I have a 3rd party app which has created a new index on several large tables that are guids. None of these indexes are clustered. I have another RIAD 5 array that I was thinking of moving these indexes to. The app has about 4-500 concurrent users during ther day. Any opinions on doing this?

You can greate a new file group on the the drive, and move the indexes to the new file group. However this will will block access to the objects while the indexes are being rebuilt.

Not a problem, this will be done during an upgrade, no users will be on
