Move Exchange 5.5 to a server with Proxy 2.0

My company has MS Exchange 5.5 installed on one server and MS Proxy 2.0 installed on another. Everything is working fine the way it is.

However, we need to consolidate. My plan is bring the server that MS Exchange 5.5 is currently installed on offline and retire that server. Then, install the MS Exchange 5.5 on to the Proxy server. My question is, has anyone had problems installing and running both Exchange 5.5 and Proxy 2.0 on the same server? I don't forsee there being a problem, but I like to be prepared.

We currently run the setup you are looking for and have no probs(Other than the normal windows issues). I recently configured an NT 4 server with Proxy 2.0 and Excghange 5.5 and that was a piece of cake to.
